Once we are instructed, those same agents will carry out the pre-auction viewings, allowing us to operate on both local and national levels. In turn we provide weekly reports to our vendors, and always liaise with purchasers post-auction to ensure that the deal will close swiftly and successfully.

In order to sell your property we will:

  • E-mail property details to our extensive database of active buyers
  • Advertise each property in a national newspaper
  • Erect signage on the property (if permitted)
  • Include your property in our catalogue
  • Liaise with the solicitor to ensure legal documents are uploaded

 

Notably although our offering is in in-room, bidders can bid for a property in our auction in one of four ways – in person in the room, via telephone, via proxy or via the internet thus ensuring international exposure and buyers from all corners of the world have an equal opportunity to purchase.
